My name is Dylan Nixon, and I founded Peace Country Installations after spending nearly a decade working in the telecommunications industry across Northern Alberta. What started as a company focused on professional Starlink and signal booster installations has grown into a complete connectivity solutions provider serving homes, farms, businesses, work sites, and remote locations.

Today, we don't just install equipment — we supply Starlink systems, offer lease-to-own options, rental units, Starlink accessories, professional installations, rural signal booster solutions, and ongoing support to help our customers stay connected wherever they are. Whether you're looking for reliable internet at home, on the road, at a remote worksite, or off-grid, we work with you to find a solution that fits your needs and budget.

Outside of work, I'm proud to be involved in the community by playing rugby with the Grande Prairie Centaurs. Being part of the team reflects many of the same values that drive this business: teamwork, accountability, discipline, and always showing up for the people who depend on you.

With experience in the telecommunications industry and a proven track record of building and operating successful businesses, Kyle Hudson co-founded Peace Country Installations alongside Dylan to provide reliable connectivity solutions to rural, remote, and hard-to-reach locations across Northern Alberta.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked in telecommunications, technology deployment, and customer-focused service industries, developing a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals, businesses, and communities that operate outside traditional service areas. His entrepreneurial background has allowed him to successfully launch and manage multiple ventures while maintaining a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of business, Kyle is deeply involved in public service. He serves as a Lieutenant with the Wembley Fire Department, where he assists with emergency response, training, and community safety initiatives. He is also actively involved with the Canadian Armed Forces and serves as the military liaison for local Army Cadets, helping mentor and develop the next generation of Canadian leaders through leadership, citizenship, and outdoor skills training.

An avid outdoorsman, Kyle spends much of his free time camping, exploring remote areas, and enjoying everything Canada has to offer. Through these experiences, he recognized the growing need for dependable communication solutions in locations where traditional services are limited or unavailable. This firsthand understanding of life and work in remote environments helped inspire the creation of Peace Country Installations and continues to drive the company's mission of keeping people connected wherever they are.
